03. York Comic-Con Trader Table

Please read all of this information carefully before completing your booking and if you decide to book, please retain this information for future reference.

Trader Pitch Rental Information

Date: Sunday 1st March 2026 (10am to 5pm)

Venue Details

Loading - Flat loading to main hall, lifts to all other areas.

Parking - Free parking at venue

Table Size - 6-foot x 2-foot (approximately)

Trader Pitches

You are not permitted to use your own tables at this event.  A table is provided free of charge with your pitch rental.  If you do not require a table please contact us by emailing [email protected] after completing your booking.  All tables are approximately 6 x 2 feet in size.

Backing Table

A backing table (where available) is a table that sits behind your main table that effectively doubles your selling space. Only one backing table may be booked for each trader table you book.

Artist Alley

This area is for self representing artists, authors and comic-creators only. Backing tables are not available in this area. Please note you are not permitted to use your own tables at this event at all so if you require one then you must book ours. All tables are approximately 6 x 2 feet in size.

Restricted Trade

We will not be accepting bookings from the following: Charities, utility companies, alcohol sales or live animal products. If in doubt, please check before booking. Please take note as once trader pitches are booked no refunds will be given. Trader pitches are not to be shared with other traders without prior permission from Unleashed Events. Trader pitches are not transferable to other events or other traders and are not to be sublet.

Cancellations

Once trader pitches are booked no refunds will be given so, please make sure you can attend before booking. Trader pitches are not transferable to other events or other traders and are not to be sublet. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Insurance

All traders must have public liability insurance. Traders are not covered by either Unleashed Events’ or the venue’s insurance.

Electrical Equipment

All electrical equipment must be PAT tested and you must have your PAT certificate and data sheet with you at the event.

Other Information

Please note that on booking you are booking the table area only, not the space to the side or behind your table. Although we will try to accommodate your set-up needs and location within the event, this isn’t always possible. Please consider this when booking. We allow entry for 2 members of staff at the event for every table booked (backing tables excluded) - additional staff are charged event entry price.

If you do decide to book you agree to abide by all of the conditions set out in this Trader Pitch Rental Information, failure to abide by this may jeopardise future bookings with Unleashed Events. If you have any issues regarding your booking, please contact us via email. Any trader opening a PayPal case against Unleashed Events will result in an immediate ban from booking pitches at Unleashed Events. 

Full set-up information will be sent out at least 1 week before the event.  If you have not received your set-up information 7 days before the event, then please contact us via email. We will be unable to provide this information any later than 3 days before the event.
