Trader Pitch Rental Request

Please fill in the below form if you are interested in trading at one of our Comic-Con events.

Table Prices are £80 by default. At certain events, this price will vary. This is for a 6 foot x 2 foot table. 2 chairs are included with each booking.

Teesside Comic-Con and Teesside Unleashed Comic-Con tables are 4 foot x 2 foot. These tables are £60 each.

For York Comic-Con and York Unleashed Comic-Con, there are multiple rooms which have different prices. These prices will be detailed upon request through the form below.

Backing tables are £20 at all events.

After completing this trader booking form, a member of the Unleashed team will be in touch and, if there is space available at the requested shows, you will be sent an invoice for a 50% deposit. This deposit will be due within 2 weeks of receipt.

The remining balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the event. Unpaid balances will result in your booking being cancelled and the space will be offered to someone else.
