02. Leeds Super Comic-Con Trader Table

Please read all of this information carefully before completing your booking and if you decide to book, please retain this information for future reference.

Trader Pitch Rental Information

Date: Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th February 2025 (10am to 5pm)

Address: New Dock Hall, Royal Armouries, Leeds, LS10 1LT

Venue Details

Loading - Flat loading

Parking - No free parking at the venue, there are car parks adjacent to the venue all of which charge.

Table Size - 6-foot x 2-foot (approximately)

Royal Armouries (RA)

Royal Armouries hall is inside the museum, separate from the main event space.  The museum will be opoen with their usual weekend foot traffic plus additional attractions that are put on in conjunction with us.  These pitches are cheaper to represent these factors.  We are priotritising Leeds local traders and artiusts/authors/comic-creators in this section. 

New Dock (ND)

New Dock hall is our usual venue for Leeds Comic-Cons and will expect the usual Unleashed footfall at this event.  These tables follow our standard pricing structure. 

Trader Pitches

You are not permitted to use your own tables at this event.  A table is provided free of charge with your pitch rental.  If you do not require a table please contact us by emailing [email protected] after completing your booking.  All tables are approximately 6 x 2 feet in size.

Concession Stands

Dedicated food and drink sellers are permitted to sell confectionery and cakes only. Drinks can only be sold if they are geek themed and must not be consumed on the premises. You must have a valid food hygiene certificate to trade. Please take note as once pitches are booked no refunds will be given.

Restricted Trade

We will not be accepting bookings from the following: Charities, utility companies, alcohol sales or live animal products. If in doubt, please check before booking. Please take note as once trader pitches are booked no refunds will be given. Trader pitches are not to be shared with other traders without prior permission from Unleashed Events. Trader pitches are not transferable to other events or other traders and are not to be sublet.

Cancellations

Once trader pitches are booked no refunds will be given so, please make sure you can attend before booking. Trader pitches are not transferable to other events or other traders and are not to be sublet. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Insurance

All traders must have public liability insurance. Traders are not covered by either Unleashed Events’ or the venue’s insurance.

Electrical Equipment

All electrical equipment must be PAT tested and you must have your PAT certificate and data sheet with you at the event.

Other Information

Please note that on booking you are booking the table area only, not the space to the side or behind your table. Although we will try to accommodate your set-up needs and location within the event, this isn’t always possible. Please consider this when booking. We allow entry for 2 members of staff at the event for every table booked (backing tables excluded) - additional staff are charged event entry price.

A backing table (where available) is a table that sits behind your main table that effectively doubles your selling space. Only one backing table may be booked for each trader table you book.

If you do decide to book you agree to abide by all of the conditions set out in this Trader Pitch Rental Information, failure to abide by this may jeopardise future bookings with Unleashed Events. If you have any issues regarding your booking, please contact us via email. Any trader opening a PayPal case against Unleashed Events will result in an immediate ban from booking pitches at Unleashed Events. 

Full set-up information will be sent out at least 1 week before the event.  If you have not received your set-up information 7 days before the event, then please contact us via email. We will be unable to provide this information any later than 3 days before the event.
